We offer FREE return shipping labels for customers in the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We’re expanding this service to more regions soon.

Countries with Local Warehouse for Returns:

  • Germany — all other European countries receive a prepaid return label routed to our German warehouse, except Switzerland and Norway.

Norway & Switzerland
Customers in Norway and Switzerland cannot use our EU return labels or send returns to our EU warehouses. Because these countries are outside the EU, returns must be handled manually.

Refund Policy

Return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, excluding initial shipping costs of $6.99 (if applicable). Exceptions apply.


⚠️ High Return Activity Policy (NEW):
We do our best to keep returns free and easy for everyone, but frequent returns can make it harder for us to offer great service.

  • Customers with 3 or more refunds within 60 days may be charged a restocking fee on future returns.

  • Purchasing and returning multiple sizes or colors of the same item repeatedly may also trigger restocking fees or return restrictions.

  • Standard size exchanges usually do not count toward this limit. However, repeated patterns of ordering and returning many items may still be reviewed.

  • We reserve the right to temporarily limit return eligibility for accounts with excessive return activity.


Defective or Incorrect Items
Damaged, faulty, or wrong items. A return may not be required. You can receive a replacement or a refund.

Items in Original Condition
Unused, unworn, unwashed, and as shipped. You can receive a refund.

Eligible for refund or replacement. Contact us (or WhatsApp—return may not be needed.

High-Value Refunds

For refunds over $150, you will still receive a prepaid return label. However, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. This is usually around 7 EUR for Europe and between 5 to 10 USD for the United States.

Sale Items

Items purchased at a discount of 50% percent or more are final sale and not eligible for refunds or store credit.
For these orders, we can usually offer a one-time exchange for one item from the order if the size is not suitable.


Eligible Returns

Items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery. (Exceptions may apply)
  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unstained.
  • In original packaging (plastic bags, tags attached).

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Jewelry — exchange only. You may exchange for a different size or a different style, or request store credit. Jewelry is not eligible for refunds.


Fees:
For most orders, there are no restocking fees.
In rare cases of high return activity, a restocking fee may apply.
Refunds exclude the original shipping cost of $6.99 (if charged).

Refund Timing:
Refunds are usually issued within 5 to 10 business days after the return tracking shows “Delivered” to our warehouse. 

Returns are usually processed once per week.

Currency:
Refunds are always issued in the original payment currency.
Any differences due to exchange rates or bank fees are handled by your payment provider.
