Free Returns & Exchanges: We offer free return shipping labels for customers in the United States, European Union, UK, and Australia. We’re expanding this service to more regions soon.

Refund Policy: Return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, excluding initial shipping costs of $6.99 (if applicable). Exceptions apply.

PayPal Note: Refunds via PayPal are issued as store credit (except for German customers). Why? PayPal punishes merchants for refunds, which adds up since returns are common in fashion—and we offer free returns! For orders under $100, feel free to use PayPal; above that, we recommend a credit card for easier refunds.

Before You Return:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Eligible for refund or replacement. Contact us—return may not be needed.
  • High-Value Refunds: For refunds over $300, return shipping isn’t free; costs are deducted due to higher expenses.
  • Sale Items: Items bought at 50% off or more are final sale—no refunds or store credit.

Eligible Returns: Items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery. (Exceptions may apply)
  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unstained.
  • In original packaging (plastic bags, tags attached).

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Jewelry (exchange only—e.g., for a different size)
  • Accessories

Fees: No restocking fees. Refunds exclude original shipping costs of $6.99 (if charged).

  • Non-Delivered?: Refundable if it doesn’t arrive.

Prepare Your Return: Place items in their original plastic bags. Include a paper with your order number inside one bag only.

Go to returns.thekoreanfashion.com. Enter your order number and email, then click Start a Return. Check your confirmation email for the number—contact us if lost.

Select the item:



Choose a reason:



Click Exchange for New Size or Color:


Select new size/color (different from original), then click Exchange Item:



Repeat for additional items, then click Continue with Return:



Review and click Submit Return. Exchange starts immediately:
