 Returns & Exchange

  • Free Returns & Exchanges: We provide a return shipping label for the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia. We are working to extend this service to more countries soon.
  • For Other Countries: If you are outside these regions, you will need to purchase your own return shipping label at this time and send the item to the address we provide.
  • European Customers: If you are located in Europe, you can send your return to our return address in Germany.
  • Refunds: If you return an item within our 14-day return period (starting from the date the parcel is delivered), you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
  • PayPal Payments: Due to PayPal's refund limitations, orders paid via PayPal will be refunded in the form of store credit. To avoid this, we recommend using a credit card for payment. 
  • Credit Card Alternative: If you are unable to use a credit card for your purchase, please contact us for assistance.


Customers in Germany can use PayPal and get a refund for the returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item through no fault of your own or the wrong item was shipped, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.


The Korean Fashion will provide a replacement or a refund.

  • Once you submit your return request, the return address will be sent to you via email.

  • Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping costs of $6.99 (if applicable).

Before submitting a return request, please read those notes:

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a refund. The item may or may not need to be returned. Please contact us for further instructions.
  • Jewelry items cannot be returned for a refund. However, they can be exchanged for free, such as exchanging ring sizes. If you choose to exchange jewelry, there is no need to return the original item.
  • Refunds Over $300: Free return shipping does not apply if your total refund amount exceeds $300. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. (This policy applies to U.S. customers only.)
  • Sale Items: All items purchased on sale (e.g., 50% OFF) are considered final sale. These items are non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address.



You have three options for your return:

  • Refund.
  • Store Credit (Gift card).
  • Exchange.

 If you are returning items without a prepaid label, please send us the tracking number or postage receipt to expedite your refund. Remember to keep your postage receipt in case the return is lost on its way back to us. 


 

Place the items in their original plastic bags.

 

Write down your order number on a piece of paper and insert it into one of the item bags.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please first double-check your bank account. If you have followed all these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us or use the chat widget on our website.

Refunds are processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.


How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 days after we receive your returned parcel. You can also contact us for a status update on your refund.


What Items Are Returnable?

Items are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days from the date of delivery (exceptions may apply).
  • In unused condition.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unstained.
  • In the original packaging (plastic bags only).


We encourage you to continue using the same email address for new orders to help establish a purchase history with us.

What Items Are Non-Refundable?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Jewelry (can be exchanged for free)

Are There Any Hidden Fees, Such as Restocking Fees?

No, there are no restocking fees. The full amount you originally paid will be refunded, excluding the original shipping costs of $6.99 (if applicable).


What Are the Refund Options?

We offer the following refund options:

  • Refund to the original payment method.
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable).


Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or return.

  • I Changed My Mind: You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet been dispatched.
  • This Is Not What I Ordered: If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or color you ordered, or significantly differs from the item listing, you are eligible for a refund. We may ask for some evidence of the issue, typically just a photo or two.
  • It Never Arrived: If an item you ordered does not arrive, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Additional Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, accessories, and jewelry.
