How to edit my order ?

Need to make a change to your order? As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, you can adjust it yourself from your account.

Here's what you can do:

  • Change your shipping address

  • Change the size, color, or quantity of an item
  • Add a new item (you pay the difference)
  • Remove an item (we issue an automatic refund)
  • Cancel the whole order


Step 1 — Open your order

Sign in and go to thekoreanfashion.com/account/orders. Pick the order you'd like to change.

On the order page you'll see action buttons at the top right. Which ones show up depends on your order's status:

  • Edit order — shows if your order hasn't shipped yet (or has only partially shipped).
  • Cancel — shows only within 24 hours of placing the order, and only while nothing has shipped.
  • Change address — opens a dialog next to your shipping address.
  • Return or exchange — only shows after delivery.

Change your shipping address

Tap Change address next to the shipping address card. Enter the new address in the dialog and tap Update. If your order has already shipped, the dialog will let you know — at that point the address is locked.

Change size, color, or quantity

Tap Edit order at the top of the page.

You'll land on the edit screen showing all of your items. Tap the item you'd like to change — you'll see options to change the variant (size or color) or adjust the quantity.

Pick the new size or color from the dialog, then confirm. Your changes appear immediately and the order total is recalculated.

Add a new item

On the same Edit order screen, tap Add another item to your order. Search for the product, pick the size and color, and tap Add to order.

If the new item costs more than your existing total, you'll see a Pay Now button to cover the difference. Once payment goes through, the item is part of your order.

Remove an item

From the Edit order screen, tap the item you want to remove and choose Remove item. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

The item is taken off the order and the refund for that item is processed automatically back to your original payment method.


Cancel the whole order

On the order page, tap the red Cancel button. Confirm in the dialog — your order is cancelled and the refund starts immediately. Full details are in our cancel order guide.

What if the buttons aren't there?

The action buttons disappear as your order moves through fulfillment. Here's what each missing button means:

  • No Cancel button — either more than 24 hours have passed since you placed the order, or it's already entered fulfillment.
  • No Edit order button — the whole order has shipped. You can still return or exchange after delivery.
  • No Change address option — the package is on its way and the carrier has the address locked in. Contact us straight away — we can sometimes catch the package before it leaves the warehouse.
