How can I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Here's how.

Step 1 — Open your order

Sign in and go to thekoreanfashion.com/account/orders. Pick the order with the wrong address.

Step 2 — Tap "Change address"

On the order page, find the shipping address card. Tap the Change address button next to it.

Step 3 — Enter the new address

Fill in the correct address details in the dialog that opens and tap Update. The new address is saved on the order immediately.

What if my order has already shipped?

If you tap Change address after your order has shipped, a message will let you know the address is now locked — at that point the carrier has the parcel and there's no way for us to update it on their side.

What you can do:

• Contact us right away — we'll try to reach the carrier, but this isn't always possible once the parcel is moving.
• If the package gets delivered to the old address, ask the recipient to forward it to you, or refuse the package so it comes back to us — we'll then refund or reship
