If the tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you haven't received it, here are a few steps to take:

1. Check with your neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered to them.
2. Look around your home for any places the courier may have left the package (e.g., front porch, behind plants, or other discreet locations).
3. Check with the reception or mailroom if you live in an apartment or complex, as the package might be with the front desk.
4. Ask family members or housemates if they might have accepted the delivery on your behalf.

Sometimes, shipping companies can make mistakes. They might deliver your parcel to the wrong address or mark it as delivered by accident. 

If none of the above steps help locate your package, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist by sending a replacement. You can choose to have the replacement shipped to the same address or provide a different shipping address.
