-Free Returns & Exchange for US customers
-Return is available in the USA, Europe (UK & Germany), and Australia.
-Customers in Europe can send returns to Germany
-Free exchange (or store credit) for USA, UK, Germany and Australia.
If you return an item within the return policy period ( 14 days after the parcel is delivered ), you will receive a refund for the original form of payment.
Due to the PayPal refund limitation policy, orders paid by PayPal will be refunded in the form of store credit. Please consider using a credit card payment method.
Customers in Germany can use PayPal and get a refund for the returns.
Contact us If you cannot use the credit card payment method.

Before submitting a return request, please read those notes:
1-Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received. If an item arrives and it's defective, damaged, or incorrect, it is eligible for a refund and may or may not need to be returned. (Please contact us)
2- Jewelry can't be returned for a refund. It can only be exchanged for free, like Ring sizes. If you choose to exchange jewelry, we don't require you to return them.
3- Free return will not apply if your total refund is over $300. The label cost will be deducted from your total refund. ( This applies to US customers only.)
4- Items on sale are final sale (Example: 50% OFF); items on sale are non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.
How do I return?

1-Enter your order number and your email address.
2-Choose the items you want to return. Please make sure they are correct.
You have three options:
2- Store Credit (Gift card).
A return label is free and available only for customers in the US at the moment. (You must use the shipping label we provide)
Please send us the tracking number or postage receipt for returns outside the USA to get your refund faster.
Please remember to keep the postage receipt as proof of your return goes missing on its way back to us.
Prepare the items. Please keep them inside their original plastic bag.
Write down your order number on any paper.
Insert the paper inside any item bag ( Just one piece of paper )
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Please don't dispute the charge with your bank if you haven't received a refund. Most likely, you didn't contact us, or you haven't done the steps above.
If you've done all of the steps above and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] or use the chat widget.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
- Within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- In unused condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and unstained.
- In the original packaging ( plastic bags only)
We encourage you to keep using the same email address you used before when placing a new order to help establish a history with us.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Jewelry ( can be exchanged for free )
Are there any hidden fees like re-stocking fees?
No, there are no re-stocking fees; the full amount you originally paid will be refunded, excluding the original shipping costs, which are $6.99 ( if any )
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to original payment method.
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
-All returns must be sent to us within 14 days of the issue date. The Korean Fashion reserves the right to refuse returns that are not received within a reasonable time frame.
-Returned items must be in their original packaging (the plastic bags only). Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
-The Korean Fashion is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
-Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or return.
- I changed my mind - You can cancel an order as long as it's not yet dispatched.
- This is not what I ordered - If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or color you ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you are eligible for a refund. We may request some evidence of the issue - typically just a photo or two.
- It never arrived - If you don't receive an item you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.
- Defective or damaged - we will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Accessories, and Jewelry.
