Initiate an Exchange or a Refund

Initiate an Exchange

Please read our policy before you initiate an exchange or a refund

1- Visit the return center

2- Insert your order number and email and click "Start a return" 

Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.

( Please contact us if you can find them)


You can also change the language if you wish


3- Choose the item that you want to exchange


Choose the reason for the return or exchange.


4- Select "Exchange for new size or color"


5- Select the size & color that you would like to get and click "Exchange item" below.

 Note: Make sure that you don't choose the exact size you already received


5- If you want to exchange more than one item, then you can repeat the steps above when selecting a new item

Click "Continue with return"


6- Review your Exchange/ Return information and click "Submit return"


7- Once you click "Submit return" your exchange order will be created immediately.

For USA customers only: The confirmation page below will allow you to use the QR code or print a label.


Initiate a Refund

Similar to the steps above, you will return the items for a refund instead.

Note: You can exchange and refund the items at the same request.

1- Visit the return center

2- Insert your order number and email and click "Start a return" 

Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.

3- Choose the item that you want to return for a refund

Prices are in USD, but refunds will be made in the original currency you pay. Euros for example


Choose the reason for the return or exchange.


4- Click on "Return item"


5- If you want to return more than one item, then you can repeat the steps above when selecting a new item to return.

Click "Continue with return"


6- Click "Get $$" 

Optional: We offer $10 extra if you choose Shop Now or store credit


7- Click "Original Payment Method"

Note: You can choose Store credit and receive an extra $10

Prices are in USD, but refunds will be made in the original currency you pay. Euros for example



8- Review your Exchange/ Return information and click "Submit return"


9-  Once you click "Submit return" your return request will be created.


For USA customers only: The confirmation page below will allow you to use the QR code or print a label. 

For customers outside the USA: Unfortunately, we do not provide our customers outside of the US with a return label due to a lack of carrier shipping accounts.

To speed up your refund process, please let us know when sending the package to the address provided.

A screenshot or a confirmation of receipt is sufficient.


When will I get my refund?

Our system will issue a refund automatically once the parcel tracking indicates "Delivered" to our warehouse in the USA.
