European Union and Australia Customers (excluding USA, UK, and Canada):
After submitting your return, get a free return label at https://thekoreanfashion.ezilabels.com.
Most European customers will receive a free prepaid label routed to our German warehouse. This includes all EU/EEA countries except Switzerland and Norway.
Norway & Switzerland
Customers in Norway and Switzerland cannot use our EU return labels or send returns to our EU warehouses. Because these countries are outside the EU, returns must be handled manually.
Please contact us (or WhatsApp) first before sending anything back.
We will review your case and provide the correct return address and instructions.
